COVID OFFICE POLICY
Please Read What We are Doing To Protect Our Patients and Guests
Below please find out what we are using to keep everyone safe. Your help is necessary !
OUR WAITING AREA IS NOW OPEN !
Please remember to practice Universal Precautions (Masking, Social Distancing, and Hand-Washing) in the SHARED SPACES OF THE OFFICE.
I have and continue to use a CO2 Monitor which is a proxy for "how much air is being re-breathed?" and before the levels go over 700-800 ppm, I will open a window to maintain safer levels. This has been demonstrated in research as very effective in countries where Tuberculosis is endemic.
I also have an Austin Air purifier which is essentially 40 pounds of activated charcoal with a silver foil liner and a one micron filter to remove and destroy any viral, yeast or bacterial particles. This runs continuously 24/7.
I follow the Contra Costa County COVID Guidelines - and everyone should wear a mask when they are in the office.
Please don't come in for an office visit if you have been sick. Because all "sickness" is not the same, please ASK if you have questions.
Thank you. Your assistance is appreciated !
